Come on down and help us celebrate the start of the 2016 season with a BBQ at the farm. The pigs will be back and we have a new young flock of heritage chickens for you to meet. Of course the goats are always happy to have visitors and will be very happy to see you too!Bring the whole family and make an afternoon of it. Enjoy lunch at the farm then go for a walk or a bike ride down at Foreshore Park… or just hang out at the farm. We’ll have activities for the kids and a nice selection of veggies and flowers ready for planting in your garden. There will be burgers on the grill by donation. Please bring a side dish or dessert to share and BYOB. The farm and farm stand are open from 10-4 as usual.

Urban Digs Farm in Burnaby, B.C. starts of their 2016 Season with a Kickoff Party this coming May 21st! From 10am-4pm you can mosey on down and meet the pigs, the chickens and the goats ( be sure to visit little Holly, the baby goat born this Christmas!)
The farm is always open to you coming in for a moment and getting what you need, or hanging out as long as you like! They’ll have burgers on the grill by donation and ask that you ‘pot luck’ side dishes and dessert!
I would suggest taking the whole family and even some friends and make a day of it!
